No, at Torremolinos Gestión Vacacional we operate with a strict Zero Permanence policy. We trust the quality of our service so much (15% + VAT commission, own laundry, and local support in 10 min) that we don’t need to tie you down with abusive clauses. If you are not happy, you can leave freely. Just give us 7 days’ notice, no reasons needed. Bookings already confirmed for after that date are yours, with no commission or exit fees, and from the exit date we stop providing services: cleanings, check-ins and check-outs for those bookings are arranged by you or your new manager, and we charge you nothing for them.

The cost of our professional cleaning and high-end laundry is always charged to the guest at the time of booking on the platform (Airbnb, Booking). This amount is never deducted from your net profit of the accommodation.

It is a mandatory municipal tax and it is paid by the owner. We advise you so that your property is taxed correctly and you don’t overpay. What we do process 100% free of charge is your VFT/VUT registration with the Junta de Andalucía.

You get paid first: Airbnb, Booking and the other portals deposit the booking money directly into your bank account. We never touch your money. On the 1st of each month, and only after you have been paid, we email you a single invoice covering the bookings whose guests checked out the previous month, itemised booking by booking: dates, platform, booking amount, cleaning fee, any expenses you approved and our 15% + VAT commission.

Yes. It’s your home and you can use it whenever you want: for yourself, your family or your friends, on any dates and as often as you like. You can tell us up to the very day you want to arrive, with no minimum notice and as often as you like; the only condition is that those dates aren’t already booked by a guest. We don’t know of any other management company that does this. Unlike other agencies that forbid it, with us your home remains yours.

We do. Our anti-squatter service is included in the management: we periodically visit your property when it is empty to check that everything is in order and prevent illegal occupation. And with the exclusive Owner App you see your bookings, how much you will be paid and the channel of each booking in real time.
