Magnifique séjour, tout était parfait. L’emplacement est idéal, au cœur de la ville, dans une ruelle très calme. L’hôte est à l’écoute, réactif et toujours disponible en cas de besoin, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus confortable. L’appartement est très bien équipé, on y trouve absolument tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi. Je recommande sans hésiter !

What every owner asks
What exactly does the 15% include?
Everything: listings and photography, dynamic pricing, 24/7 guest support, key handover, hotel-standard cleaning, our own laundry, maintenance, traveller registration, anti-squatter visits while it is empty and your own Owner App with bookings and income in real time. The 15% + VAT is calculated on what is invoiced; if there are no bookings, we charge nothing.
Is there a lock-in period or a penalty if I leave?
No. No lock-in and no penalties. If one day you want the management back or you want to sell the flat, you leave whenever you like. We work to keep you through results, not through a contract.
I don’t have a tourist licence, can I start?
Yes. We handle your VFT/VUT licence registration free of charge. All you do is sign; we take care of the paperwork with the Junta.
Who cleans and who changes the sheets?
Our own cleaning team, working to a hotel protocol, and our own laundry. We do not subcontract: that is how we control quality on every changeover and have the flat ready the same day.
What happens if something breaks or there is a problem with a guest?
We deal with it, at any hour. We are always out on the street: we reach your property in under 10 minutes and fix it with our own maintenance team. You find out through the dashboard, not through a call at 3 a.m.
When do I start getting paid?
From the very first booking, and you get paid first: Airbnb, Booking and the rest of the platforms pay the money straight into your account. We never touch your money; we invoice our commission once a month, always after you have been paid.
Can I use my flat whenever I want?
Yes, it is your home and you use it whenever you want: for you, your family or your friends, on the dates you want and as often as you want. All we ask is that you give us notice and that the dates are not already booked by a guest. Most agencies forbid it; we do not.
Who keeps an eye on my flat when it is empty?
We do. Our anti-squatter service is included: we visit your property regularly while it is empty to check everything is in order and prevent squatting. We patrol Torremolinos daily and we get there in under 10 minutes.
