Do you ask for any kind of exclusivity?
Only one: while we work together, your property can’t be with another manager at the same time, and you can’t advertise it online yourself (Airbnb, Booking, listing sites or social media), to avoid double bookings. Renting it or lending it to family, friends or acquaintances is fine. Apart from that, if you want to rent out your apartment on your own or enjoy it yourself, you can do so with no penalties. We only charge commission on the bookings we manage through the platforms.
Can I cancel the contract at any time if I’m not happy?
Yes. There’s no lock-in period. Just give us 7 days’ notice, no reasons needed. Bookings already confirmed for after that date stay with you, with no commission or penalty, and you also keep your listings, reviews and photos. From the exit date we stop providing services: cleanings, check-ins and check-outs for those bookings are arranged by you or your new manager, and we charge you nothing for them.
Who handles the cleaning if there’s no long-term contract?
