What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. It is used to remember things between visits, such as the language you chose or whether you accepted this notice.
Who is responsible
Iván Pérez Gil (NIF 26262866V), C. Periodista Juan Rejano 1, Bajo A, 29620 Torremolinos (Málaga), España, trading as Torremolinos Gestión Vacacional. For any privacy question: info@gestion-apartamentos-turisticos-torremolinos.com.
Which cookies this site uses
We only use two groups, and the second one only if you give us permission.
Necessary (cannot be turned off)
Without them the site does not work. They are not used to track you or for advertising.
- tgv_cookies — stores what you choose in this notice, so we do not ask you again. Ours. Lasts 180 days.
- pll_language — remembers the language you are viewing the site in. Ours, from the translation system. Lasts 1 year.
- WordPress session cookies — only created if someone logs in to manage the site. An ordinary visitor never has them.
- Owner chat — if you open the chat and write, we store a conversation identifier in your browser so you can keep reading it. It is not created if you do not use the chat.
Statistics (only if you accept them)
They tell us which pages are visited, so we know what to improve. They are not loaded until you press «Accept»: if you decline, not a single Google file is downloaded.
- Google Analytics (cookies
_gaand_ga_<id>) — they count visits and page views in aggregate. They last up to 2 years. The provider is Google, which may process that data outside the European Economic Area.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share this data with social networks.
How to change your decision
You can change your mind whenever you want, and declining is as easy as accepting:
How to delete them from your browser
Every browser lets you see and delete stored cookies, usually from its privacy settings. Bear in mind that if you delete them, this site will ask you for your preferences again.
If you have any question about how we handle your data, write to us. For the full legal detail you can also read our privacy policy and the official sources of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
