The legal obligation of every booking
Since the new regulations came into effect, all owners of tourist properties are obliged to register their guests with the state security forces (National Police, Civil Guard, or Mossos/Ertzaintza as appropriate).
What does this registration entail for you?

- 24h Communication: Mandatory submission of data to the Ministry of the Interior’s “Hospedajes” platform.
