For other parts of the Málaga area, ask us: we assess each case by distance and property type before committing — we only take on homes we can serve excellently.

Andalusian regulations: VFT, NRUA and guest registration

The same regional regulations apply across the whole province of Málaga: VFT licence from the Junta de Andalucía, NRUA and mandatory guest registration. We register your property free of charge when you start with us and take care of ongoing compliance, including the obligations whose omission leads to fines.
