For other towns on the Costa del Sol, ask us: we assess each case by distance and property type before committing — we only take on homes we can serve excellently.

Andalusian regulations: VFT/VUT and guest registration

The same regional regulations apply across the whole province of Málaga: VFT/VUT licence from the Junta de Andalucía and mandatory guest registration. We register your property free of charge when you start with us and take care of ongoing compliance, including the obligations whose omission leads to fines.
