Tourist License Processing (VFT/VUT)

We manage properties in Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola and Málaga, but a new tourist rental cannot be registered in all of them today: in the city of Málaga new registrations have been suspended since 23 August 2025, and Fuengirola requires an independent entrance for every new tourist rental since 22 February 2024. Before we start, we will tell you whether yours can be registered.
Is your property legal for holiday rentals?
To rent a property to tourists in Andalusia, it is mandatory to be registered in the Andalusian Tourism Registry. This will provide you with your VFT/VUT (Housing for Tourist Purposes) or VUT code, which is necessary to publish on any platform.
